8.4Returned for seconds!Neat little place on the main street of bui dinh tuy, you can not miss it! I rated their pho so highly that i returned for seconds - and boy oh boy it was just as good! They say when the food is good and consistent it is a winner - i agree 110%! To everyone following me - i suggest a visit to pho hong! Well priced - 30k for small bowl and 50k for large - when i say large it is huge! Also they have drinks available! My pho - pho tai and bo vien - seriously good soup base with a tinge of sweetness - served piping hot! Lots of herbs to compliment. A good amount of fresh noodles, beef balls and slices of beef.
