7.4Zô Sài Gòn - Vietnamese RestaurantUntil the manager of this restaurant shared, we did ot know this place is started by nursing home operating company in Japan. I did not see many customers yet but with their serving foods’ quality, nice interior decor and enthusiastic staffs, I think they will be able to draw the crowd. All the dishes are designed and created by Chef Hai, the judge of Vietnam Master Chef. He added essence of Japanese touch in traditional Vietnamese cuisine. This doesn’t mean “fusion” but rather, using Japanese touch to enhance Vietnamese traditional goodness. One of good example is that they use organic vegetables from Da Lat which is grown by Japanese farmer over there. Anyway, I have been here only 2 times so, I need to come more to enjoy more dishes. As far as my 2 visits, I recommend “Zo Saigon Salad” and “Stewed pork thighs with fermented bean curd”. At next visit, I will try some other dishes and will share at this review. ...Xem thêm
