It's a rough translation, I hope it is accurate :)) I tried this place when they had just opened, and since I regularly come back, around one a week. It is very good, service is efficient, location is also convenient with a big parking space. Prices are not too high compare to quality. The chef is Thailandese, their fried rice is something you must try! As I said in title, it's spicy, they put chili almost everywhere, and not the soft ones, but you can still ask for less or maybe even take them out. Convenient for late dinner

I usually eat at Spanish hours, mean I got dinner around 22h... And not a lot of place open late in Cau Giay, that's why I was pleased to find this one. It's closed to my place and one of the staff speak English. All food is local Vietnamese, I would recommend for travellers or expats who want to have a late dinner. Menu is various and so far everything I've tried is quite ok. It happened several times they ran out of stock for some dishes, but as I always eat there late, I guess it's normal at the end of the service.Xem thêm

Need improvement... (a lot)

Conveniently placed at the crossroad, and also refreshing with the big fans and sprinkled water, it attracted me. Unfortunately, the service is quite ow quality, there were three tables and something like 4 or 5 staffs, and I still had to ask twice to get the menu. After ordering an espresso, I get served... er.. something like a ristretto.. And I don't know if they use low quality coffee or if the machine is not correctly tuned, but it was bitter. It mean that the coffe is over burnt (or low quality). When a place propose espresso on menu, they should actually serve an espresso. I drink a lot of coffee and I also make my espresso myself at home, then it is not a question of taste, it's really a question of quality.Xem thêm

Great, but...

Well, where to start? Location: 5 stars hotel, on westlake.. Guess we can call it a plus Price: They match the location of course, but not expensive compare to other locations with same price but lower quality. Quality: Difficult to judge, I ordered a single alcohol, then quality is not related to the place. But if I judge for the choice I would say average. All drinks are commons, nothing amazing. I'll try a cocktail next time. Service: I'm not surprised anymore.... But I'm still disappointed. It is not that bad actually, but so much under what you can expect from a place like this. Or maybe, I become picky while getting older... I will finish like a grumpy grandpa :)) Space: One of the best spot in Hanoi, it make you forget about ridiculous service. You do not care to wait 10min to get serve a simple glass of whiskey, when you are in a place like that.Xem thêm

The only make bubble tea, but they make it well

When you are in Taiwan you have tra sua shop almost every 100m. I've never seen so many of them. And on of the most proeminent brabd is COCO. Then, when I saw a coco in Lang Ha, I had to stop to check if they manage to recreate taiwanese tra sua, or if it was just another fake copy... (fake copy.. isn't it an pleonasm? :) ) Good impression at first, staff is welcoming, the counter, the ground, everything seem very clean. According to them, the ingredients are imported from Taiwan. I ordered a virgin tra sua (no flavor) just to taste and another with cream cheese on top. Quite good, actually, the same than I used to drink in Taiwan. My friend told me that tra sua is not enough sweet, but you can adjust sweetness when ordering, then good to know for next time.Xem thêm

Same but different

At first, I thought "Well, another KFC" Actually, it's slightly better. I won't say it's the best fried chicken, but for a fastfood chain in an airport, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff does not speak english (at least the ones who served me this day), a little disappointing in an airport. However, I still managed to survive with my awesome vietnamese skills (mostly pointing pictures and saying "mot cai nay, mot cai nay, hai cai nay, cam on") I don't know about other adresses, but here you have electric plugs, and while waiting your plane it is quite convenient. But no wifi, or maybe you need to ask.. I'll ask next time.Xem thêm

Er... nope

Actually, I don't expect too much of fast-food chains. Burger, french fries, soda and done. Sauce taste differents, there is more or less the same choice as chiken, beef or fish burger etc... Basically, you can not mess with such basic menu. But here, they manage to fail on almost everything. If you set the standard to Mcdonald or Burger King, then Jollibee is way under. The meat in the burger is the caricature of industrial meat, the french fries are soft, even I started to eat them right after being served. Even the ice-cream is not satisfying. And I wait long... long..long time. Not sure if it is a problem of staff training or general organization. Beside that, cashiers are friendly, the decor is spacious and colorful. That are the only good pointsXem thêm

Best pizza in Vietnam and even more

I have to recommend this place for the pizza, it is among the best pizza I've eaten, and I include pizza I ate in France and Italy. I do not know about pasta, but my friend enjoy their dishes too, then I guess it is tasty too. I just regret the wine, they have Chianti but not the one I I look for since years, but it was still good. A little bemol on the service, it tend to be a little uptight, come on, it is a Italian restaurant, not Park Hyatt Hotel ;)Xem thêm

A piece of Paris

A place for special occasions, it's high end cuisine, high end service. Suprisingly, the prices are quite high. It's same price than in Paris, and we all know they do not have the same costs (salaries, tax charges etc...) As french, I won't complain, I have the quality I pay for and that is fine, but I imagine the margin they make in Hanoi compare the margin they would make if they were in Paris with same location and prices. However, I still recommend to anyone who want to taste french cuisine.Xem thêm

Must go in HCM

I missed a togo place in HCM. I ofetn travel there, and I unfortunately end up wandering in streets looking for good food. There's a lot of places sure, but near the airport and just walking, it narrows the choice. Anyway, now I have this place! I wasn't expecting that when I ordered, but it is cuisine made as in Europe, and not a mockup. Chorizo, parma ham, gorgonzola... The prices are in accordance to quality, so I might not eat here three times a day, but I'll definitely come back each time I pass by HCMC.Xem thêm
