Don't order the grilled chicken if you like skin on chicken
Don Chicken takes advantage of a small competitive market by being overpriced. A plate of kimchi fried rice costs over 120k here. I've been disappointed several times here, once with the tiny amount of chicken included in a salad and several times by the state of the chicken you recieve from delivery. The grilled chicken comes chopped into little pieces but almost invariably with the skin off. What do they do with the skin? I don't know, maybe the chef eats it because it's the most delicious part. Instead, you recieve dry chunks of chicken that have none of the fat or moisture usually trapped in by the skin. I have directed my complaints to management and been ignored every single time, not even a reply never mind a move to correct their inadequacies. I'm afraid I can't recommend this restaurant. You are paying high prices for a subpar product.Xem thêm

Poor customer service
The food here is ok but I've had numerous bad experiences which were met with nothing. First of all, Don is one of the pricier restaurants in Can Tho so when spending that money, you want some assurances. One time I ordered a 100k chicken salad that had BARELY 5 grams of meat in it. This time my grilled chicken seemed to have lost all it's skin and was therefore shrivelled and dry and not delicious. When I told the restaurant, all they said was "sorry". No refund, no offers to make up for it. This refusal to take responsibility screams "We want to make big restaurant money but not provide the service to promise to improve or provide some kind of guarantee for your cash. I will think seriously about ordering again.Xem thêm

Why use fake pictures of good burgers?
Not good at all. Cheap but I ended up throwing the food out so that's not cheap anymore. The buns are very sweet and covered with very sweet ketchup, mayonaisse and even chilli sauce!? Who puts chilli sauce in a burger? The chicken burger was ok. Except it's gooey reformed meat. The beef burger looked disgusting. It's not a burger patty but a slice of some kind of beef loaf? I threw it straight in the bin. What pisses me off the most is the picture. Oh lets use these pictures of really nice burgers to advertise our gross burgers. What a scam. Why does now.vn let restaurants use fake pictures of food!?Xem thêm

- LongGUni Hi. I’m manager of this shop. It seems you have some problems with our beef burger and I would have something to tell you. For the price, you should remember that “what you pay is what you get”, beef is very expensive and we think that would be enough for 1 serve of burger. If you think that was no enough for u, plz order more beef ( pay more of course). Secondly, For the buns, we are so sorry to make you feel like very sweet. But actually We served not only you but also many people so we need to follow their taste. For the question is “who puts chilli sauce in a burger?”. You should come to Aus or Nz particularly some shop in Melbourne or Queenstown and have a look what they do. From that, you would have an answer. Honestly, you should be educated how to respect food. You didn’t know that so many people don’t have enough food in their meals. If you don’t wanna eat, please come to outside to give some of unlucky people instead of throwing straight in the bin.

- LongGUni For the point of view. We are located in the Main Street, one of the busiest street and heart of Can Tho city, nearby CTU. But you gave us 3point out of 10 for place. Is it fair? Or the main reason simply is you just want our point to be as low as possible????? So confused mate.

- Liem My I ordered for delivery so the location is something I shouldn't be asked to rate. However the burger was honestly disgusting and thrown straight into the bin. Maybe next time I'll take your advice and give it to the homeless. How about your misleading pictures? Do you have a comment about that?
