1.0Full of crapCrappy bar and a sorry ass club. Too many Russians. The bar is set up to cater to broke ass alcoholic Russians. Don't come here unless you want to be around fat and ugly Russians. The whole place is too small to accomodate club patrons. The music is pretty much trance and techno. The DJ has no skills other than just put in the CD and press play. However, this is Phan Thiet so what other choices do you have? I feel sorry for those who live here. Not much choices when it comes to entertainment.
