5.2Hải Sản PhốHorrible horrible service!! We decided to stop by for lunch after reading all the good reviews. Beautiful location with tables by the beach but sadly we didn’t even get to sit down. The escort guy from the parking lot was nice enough to take notice of us immediately and asked the receptionist, who was assisting another party, to get us a table. He directed us to follow the receptionist which we did to the other end of the restaurant and totally got ignored. After the receptionist got a table for the other party, she starting chatting with them while us standing there. We decided to head back towards the front and stood there looking at the seafood for another 5 minutes till the receptionist head back to the front. She did not greet and avoid eye contact the whole time. We decided to leave and our driver complainted to the escort guy who appeared confused since he already informed the receptionist about us. It was 11am and there was only 2 tables in the entire place including the party that just got seated. Either the staff have very bad communication or they like to choose certain customers to serve. It pretty much ruined our morning and we had to look for another seafood restaurant on the spot, good thing we found one. ...Xem thêm
