9.0Really niceThe manager is a real quality lady. Bright. Attentive. Understanding. Impressive woman. Massage, excellent. I purchased 5 packages and received one free. Enjoyable. Staff is not personable, except for the manager. Standards are high. Staffing is always an issue. Shortage of female staff everywhere. Environment and products are quality. Bathrobes, pants, towels, slippers are for small boned patrons. Recommend that customers bring your own slippers. One suite room, with everything. Other rooms are not complete. Not being able to drape oneself in a towel, dawn slippers, or sport a towel tell me that I must have inclusive room, or wait until the inclusive room is available.
