At that time, we were very upset because we had been riding a motorbike for a long day, arrived at 9 pm, tired and hungry, just wanted to check in and shower to rest, but they said not to lock the booking. we ordered 6 bowls of instant noodles to eat less hungry, waited a long time to be eaten, the other 2 bowls they didn't even bring out so we had to leave because of the long wait. we had to book another motel nearby, we had to find a place ourselves, although they still had dorm rooms, we were too angry, had to go to another motel. We know they didn’t lock the booking because they have a group of more than 20 people, they prioritize the group without locking our booking. we booked LYTAHAN’s homestay nearby, he and his wife are village heads, they are very cute and enthusiastic, fortunately we met them so we didn’t have to sleep outside. Of course, Dao Lodge must compensate for what they caused us, they returned the money after the controversy and paid for our room at LYTAHAN’s homestay, spending 600,000vnd for 8 people. The compensation price is too much too cheap for a poor quality service.
