4.2Horrible customer services. Lying to customers.At 13:56 April 25th I called 028-62636688 to book a table for 2 at 19:00. Due to Covid-19 I specifically asked the staff who handled the call whether the restaurant has re-opened and I was positively confirmed. I told him that I would use my Marriott card and I wanted a table near windows reserved. When I arrived at 19:00 the restaurant was closed and the whole 9th floor was completely dark. What the actual*** Spoke to the receptionist on ground floor about the incident and they called some operators or whatever and they told me that there was no booking at Bamboo Chic for the night. So now I'm a liar? Such a great customer service for a 5* hotel!!! ...Xem thêm
