7.8Very nice and authenticWe visited in the evening looking for a snack, and came across this vietnamese pancake street food lady. The cost was only 10k which was an absolutely bargain. In any case, the lady was quick and efficient, and had it made up within 90 seconds. It was beautiful and crunchy on the outside, the best thing was that it was not burnt. The inside was oh so nice. It was not too hot but warm enough for you to enjoy the inside. The filling was just right, it was not too saucy and not too dry, it tasted very nice with a bit of seasoning and not too salty.
