2.0Poor service and bad attitudeOn the night 05/11/2023, 08:25pm, i brought my friend to this res For dinner. My friend order a Egg noodle with Shrimp, Chicken & Crab but they served with Pork which my friend don’t eat pork. The waitress did not repeat the order thats why the order was served wrongly. I request them to change the noodle but they asked us to take out the pork by ourself. However, the smell is still there so we ordered a new bowl. The server simply took the old bowl to pour into the new bowl and removed the pork. We assumed they served us new one but we still see the pork in new bowl. I spoke to the owner but she said they have changed the pork to chicken, i told her the pork is still there. She insisted she have took out the pork and her can’t be bother attitude is very rude and unacceptable and she almost argue with me. In the end, we order two bowl but my friend can’t eat as the pork smell is there. I’m very unhappy with their attitude and customer service so i will not patronize this restaurant again. ...Xem thêm
