3.8Cobi Bread - Crescent MallI was a regular customer at Cobi Bread at Crescent Mall, since i live in district 7. I visit there often and also bring friends and clients there for lunch. Each time i spend 500,000 - 700,000 on lunch or breakfast and additional monies on pastries or bread to take home. I was shocked today to see that Cobi decided to eliminate complimentary water and decided to charge customers for bottled water. From a marketing standpoint and a customer relations standpoint......how incredibly stupid and ridiculous such a decision. I can only assume it was a Vietnamese who came up with that. If you took the time to walk around upstairs and outside you will see that most of the customers are NOT poor and they spend good money there. In addition to the complimentary water, people still purchased iced teas, smoothies and juices. Sot it was definitely not a cost saving decision. When i was there today, i saw people well dressed and with MAC books, expensive tablets and phones. These ARE your customers. And you decided to try to take advantage of them and cheat them out of more money then they are already spending. Actually, I thought Cobi was better than that. Apparently i was wrong. Your customers have money, but we are NOT stupid. We can see that this is just a cheap stunt to take advantage of the customers that support you. I have spent my last and final visit to Cobi, and maybe you dont need my 1 million VND a week but there are others who have the same reaction and find Coffee Bean, Starbucks and L'Usine more friendly and understand that customer relations is more important than the monthly bottom line. ...Xem thêm
