8.6The best local ice cream in Saigon!It's one of the best desert street food I've tried in Vietnam. So yummy, tasty & nice decor with generous amount of topping. It would be served in a halved coconut shell with great coconut meat and a big scoop of coconut ice cream. The coconut ice cream 's so soft, smooth & truly delicious.
