3.6Poor customer serviceI came to the cafe in October 2020, it was okay. The drink was fine and i had the chance to go the second floor to enjoy the view. When i came back in Febraury 2021, i was treated poorly. I came to the store at 8:30 a.m. They had only two seats available on the first floor (one is reserved even though after two hours, the guests are still not there). When I ask to have a seat on the second floor, they refused (saying that they dont serve). Later, two guests came and they were Koreans, and they were allowed upstairs. I asked them if i can come up. They still refused, saying that only groups and reserved guests are allowed. Later on, another guest joined. (around 10 a.m) So, do you serve upstairs or not? If you dont, say you dont. Why is 2 not a group but 3 is a group? How do you know these guests are acquainted? What if i have a friend who joins me later? Dissappointed with your unfriendliness with customers. ...Xem thêm
