3.2Woeful, just woeful service. Food looked good.This place COULD and SHOULD be so good. Sadly, with exceedingly poor customer service by staff and a very disinterested manager, this place is nowhere near its potential. One smile from a waiter. Three times we had to place our order. I never did get my beer. And I still got charged for a wet wipe I didn't even use. They tried to give us a dish which we didn't order. My Vietnamese friend was angry. Waiters spent most of their time delivering food or chatting. No engagement with customers. After two tables got their food before ours, having arrived 15 minutes after we did, enough was enough.
