Philosophy of the founder, Mr. Jimmy Pham inspiring how I introduce Vietnamese cuisine to other countries. Well, I only tried a platter of appetizer and 2 drinks. Each dish was well prepared especially, texture of Cha Gio was really good. Stuffed pork and snail, I wish a bit more lemongrass flavor and tender texture. Bo la lot had good aroma of la lot. Salad, good smoked flavor of egg plant. And dipping sauce, Nuoc mam gung was good, just a hint of lemon leaf gave soothing afternote. ...Xem thêm
