They are a branch of famous “Motsunabe” (Motsu Offal, Nabe Hotpot) restaurant chain in “Hakata” where the origin of this hotpot. So, you can enjoy the authentic “Motsunabe” here. Even though they cannot offer “Wagyu” offal from Japan due to the COVID-19, offal from Australia is still very tasty. At the end of hotpot, put Pho noodle!! Surprisingly, the soup perfectly match with Vietnamese traditional noodle. Great to see nice blend of two countries’ cuisine. (wish they reconsider Pho noodle’s price though) ...Xem thêm
