9.2PurrrrrfectFull disclosure first; I came to this place because I stayed for a couple of lovely weeks at the Meow hotel nearby. The lady there took me on her motorbike. But this is a great little shop. The prices are very reasonable (~20,000 VND)and I liked most of the smoothies I tried. The banana and strawberry smoothie is really something else, it has become my standard everytime I go there. The banana counters the oversweetness that I find in the strawberry smoothie and adds a depth of flavour. The place has a great interior, casual but also nice looking. It has a lot of light and is a comfortable place to sit, plus you can sit outside if you wish. The staff are all smiley and friendly and efficient. One gripe I have about the place is that it is named erroneously, having two cute little dogs who play fight with each other and are the right amount of friendly, it might rather be named 'Woof'. Watching them playfight for an hour over a facemask my friend commented that it seemed like a good metaphor for the present times. One genuine downside of the place is that I couldn't seem to find the lightswitch for the***( my fault ).Which led to me having to take a dump with the door partly open and then close the door to partake in my ablutions in pitchblack. There didn't seem to be any***roll either (***style ) so I had to use the sprayer and came out with my rear gushing like a waterfall. So be aware the lightswitch is outside the door on the wall round the corner, and ask for tissue before you go in if you dont like the***style of using the bum gun. There are a lot of foody places nearby if you get hungry, and the locale is quite lively especially on a weekend. About five minutes walk down the road (turn right out the place) there is a***Beefsteak ( Bo Ne) place which is the best I have been to ( in case you get hungry ). But they also do a Mi Xao ( noodles) in house which is about as tasty as Mi xao can be and has generous amounts of big shrimps in there and its only 25 thou. Overall I couldn't recommend a better place to chill out with a smoothie or milk tea. ...Xem thêm
