2.2Harrassing and aggressive phone calls.I used to love this place as the food is good, today was a different day. Today they made a mistake on my supersize pork banh mi order and delivered the regular size, honest mistake. All I wanted was for the difference in price to be adjusted so that I'm paying for the regular and not the supersize. This led to 2 harrassing and aggressive phone calls and an ultimatum that I can get the price adjusted if I catch a taxi into the store and present my sandwich which is 3 times the cost of the sandwich!! Obviously the manager is to blame here and they have lost a customer. If this is how they treat a loyal, long time customer how will they treat you? ...Xem thêm
