8.6Hu Tieu Kho and Hu Tieu Nam VangWe came here one morning for breakfast to taste their Hu Tieu Kho and Hu Tieu Nam Vang. One of most delicious noodle soups I've tried in Saigon so far. Can't believe how lucky I am to be living next to this spot. The broth is flavourful with a slight hint of caramelized onions, the noodles are nice and chewy, the shrimp, the egg and meat pieces perfectly compliment each other. The portion is generous enough for me but my partner also ordered a portion of bun thit nuong, which was very light andcrefresjing, lots of herbs and veggies. The staff is kind and welcoming.
