7.0Shabu Shabu On-yasaiRun by “Colowide”, very famous restaurant chain operator in Japan. Ground floor is “Gyukaku”, Yakiniku BBQ and upstair is this “On-yasai”. You can chose either All you can eat or A la carte, depends on your stomach condition. And 2 out of 8 types of soup, you can chose. If your group is more than 6, I think you can use 2 pots and can chose 4 types of soup. I have tried 6 types (went there twice already), and my recommendation is “Konbu Dashi” (昆布だし) which is made of kelp. “Sukiyaki” (すき焼きだし) is another recommendation. And their “Goma dare” (ごまだれ), sesame seed dipping sauce is tasty too. Veggies and meat are clean. As for meat, depends on grade, taste and texture are different though.
