9.4Phở Bắc - 30***This restaurant was great - quick service and delicious pho. The menu is not in english so if you cannot read vietnamese, the waiter will bring you the basic pho in the size of your choosing - small, medium or large. The pho also comes with bean sprouts and herbs on the side. There are fried bread sticks on the tables that will cost you a little less than USD 0.50 if you choose to eat it (which we did because it is also a classic breakfast item in southern china) as well as lime and jalapeno for garnish.
