10Fantastic!I came here by chance and I have had a pleasant surprise. Food is delicious, prices are reasonable and overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience. The owners speak a little English and they were every welcoming and helpful. I have come back a few times and it just keeps getting better - Unlike many other places the service is really fast but it doesn't feel rushed, and it definitely scores high in the higene department too (quite the feat for Hi Chi Minh).
