6.0Almost perfectBooked the table at 6:45 PM but they pushed our reservation to 8:45 PM due to previous booking. Agreed without hesitation since they guaranteed a table by that time; however when we arrived we still had to wait FORTY MINUTES because apparently the guests had paid for the bill but wanted to stay longer?! And we couldn't do anything but pathetically stand there like 3 idiots at the ignorance of the staff. They didn't seem to bother to request the guests to leave (or they didn't dare), no staff was attending to us either. Maybe because we are Vietnamese? 3 of us were all starving when seated, we ended up with a bill over 5 mil VND for food and wine. No compensation nor apology from the manager though. Fortunately the food was exceptionally good and saved the day. ...Xem thêm
