7.8Red & Round - Pizza & Pasta - Hưng Gia 3This place is an another gem among hot Italian cuisine scene in Saigon. I visited the last day of “Italian Cuisine Weeks 2020” and could enjoy their special menues, “Millefoglie di caprese” and “Pizza Parma con cornicione ripieno”. “Millefoglie di caprese” was not an ordinary caprese. Lightly grilled tomato, mozzarella and bread are nicely stacked as “Mille-feuille” in the middle of rich basil sauce. Very nice presentation and tasty. ”Pizza Parma con cornicione ripieno”, really special pizza Ricotta cheese was wrapped in the rim “cornicione”, nice crunchy outside but soft and chewy inside, good aroma of wheat. I could not go into the dessert but I was offered very nice “creamy Limoncello”. Perfect finish touch. I definitely come again and will try their Saigon Pizza Festival 2020 award winning “Salmone e Tartufo”. ...Xem thêm
