10Ria - Sangria & TapasDid you say tapas, sangria, paella? In***City? Although international travel may be out of the question it didn’t stop us from getting a taste of Spain at the Ria, downtown Saigon. We had such a fabulous evening full of tasty tapas, yummy sangria and incredible paella! Inside the Ria is where the Spanish flair comes to life and its tropical vibes are best paired with a glass of their amazing sangria. We were so ready to dive in to all things tapas, so to start we had the Iberian Ham. Without a doubt, Iberian ham is the best type of ham out there and this dish was no exception. We also had their Ensaladilla, which was a delicious tuna, mayo, potato salad. In between sips of sangria we had the Patatas Bravas, potatoes with spicy sauce and aioli and the Gambas al Pil Pil, pan-fried garlic prawns. Both phenomenal dishes! Last, but certainly not least, we devoured the Seafood Paella. I’ve had my fair share of paella out there and this has to be one of my all time favourites! It was truly an authentic paella that I truly did not want to share! Yum! For dessert we had the Ria’s homemade Arroz con Leche, a creamy rich rice pudding as well as their homemade creamy cheesecake topped with a delicious berry compote. A perfect way to end a muy deliciosa meal! If youre in need of a little Spanish pick-me-up this is your place! I already can’t wait to go back! 💃🏼🥘🍷 ...Xem thêm
