8.2Scarab Saigon Japanese Tea CafeOperated by Japanese Tea specialist company. Their Shabu Shabu soup uses Japanese tea and you can chose from green tea or roasted green tea and meat from beef or pork. Tried roasted green tea type with pork and it was very nice combination,,, roasted aroma and flavor of green tea match with pork very well. Tea soup has slight amount of Tannin and that washes off excess fat and smell of pork, I think. Dipping with Ponzu also make you feel healthy. You will notice their menu is in hand written illustrates and those look all their dishes heart warming. I tried several dishes and all are good as imagined from their menu book.
