Boy, am I lucky.. I only found out about this gem as a result of having a student live in the Saigon Pearl buildings. It’s a refreshing take on the silk hot tofu with ginger syrup that my mom would get me when I was growing up. They have several flavors but my favorite is the pandan. It’s 35k a bowl. Sometimes they’re reallt inconsistent about promotions.. some days its buy 2 get a 3rd free, some days its buy 5 and get the 6th free... but they don’t tell you until after you tell them the quantity you initially want.
