5.2The Mach House - Món PhápCame in this afternoon for a quick lunch. Cool decor, friendly crowd but the service was horrific so we walked out. The French "manager" was probably very young and inexperienced in hospitality so he had no sense of customer service. What do I mean by that? We politely asked to be seated upstairs and he refused in a rude manner. This was first strike. We kinda enjoyed the place's ambiance so we let it slide. Then, when we politely asked for the Vietnamese server who was pretty decent to take our orders instead of having to receive his below-average manner, he again rudely refused, so we walked out. The "manager" also managed to insult us as we were leaving. Friendly advise to owners: you have a nice restaurant with great location and good prices but hire a professional manager instead of French-speaking foreigners for marketing purposes. Your current French hire is too young and need to go through the trench (elsewhere and not in your restaurant). For those who may walk out in the future, please visit the Italian restaurant called NAMO on the opposite side. The food was decent but NAMO's Vietnamese staff was much more friendly and accommodating. ...Xem thêm
