They know and understand very well about Japanese authenticity then transforming it into another dimension with their imspiration and creativeness. I really appreciate their perspective to broadening the possibility of Japanese taste. Sukiyaki’s sweet rich sauce adding spicy touch, blend well with Onsen/Hanjyuku Tamago,,,. Tonkotsu Carbonara,,, creamy Tonkotsu match with rich Pecorino Romano cheese and again, here comes Onsen/Hanjyuku Tamago to connect those two strong character into one,,, very interesting combination. Another surprise is white chcolate Souffle topped with Miso butter. I knew fermented Miso flavour match with butter (Miso and butter corn Ramen noodle for example), but with white chocolate? Yes, it gives unique but good comlexity combining with sweet and sour flavour from berry sauce. And their creativity extend to original drinks. Cafe Sua Da Martini has good profile of Cafe Sua Da and adding adult touch, Vodka and Kahlua. Definately will come again to try another dishes.... and their new arriving dishes in the future, should check. Had very big and satisfying Sunday Brunch!! ...Xem thêm
