8.2Best Hidden Gem Noodle Shop in areaThis is my go-to spot when I want a great meal- healthy, delicious, affordable bowl of noodles. I order the "Hu Tieu Suon" and "kho" (which means dry). This means you will receive the soup broth on the side, noodles get a dash of soy sauce and topped with your choice of toppings. Over the past 5 years, I have tried every combination of noodles and toppings. My favorite is the "dry" pork rib noodle soup. I also order a side of steamed bean sprouts every time. Fresh crisp lettuce, herbs, bean sprouts, and lime arrive with each order. As accompaniments each table has fresh chilies, pickled garlic, chili sauce, and the other basics. I always take my foreign friends here for their 1st meal "off the beaten path". Trust me, it will not be your last time here. This noodle shop is a "sure" thing in this city of family run and owned noodle shops. Don't be afraid to step away from the bigger restaurants in town to try this hidden gem. ...Xem thêm
