Went there today and I found I couldn't even discuss the menu with my wife because the obnoxious (and BAD) live music was so loud. Live music at 3pm? In a restaurant on a Sunday? Finally I bought nothing and explained to the staff I was going because the music was too loud. The staff didn't care. They laughed. So, I've never eaten here and I never will after this experience. Atmosphere first. A customer should feel good when entering a restaurant. The loud, unpleasant, unwelcoming atmosphere I experience today, combined with uncaring attitude from two members of staff (who both basically let a paying customer go and din't even apologise for what was happening) have ensured I will never eat at this place and will not recommend to friends. Stay away. Matt Ryan Hello Ricky, As i answered in your other review. No one laughed at you, we just didn't fully understand your issue. Sorry you made the trip over and you were not happy with the live music. We advertise it on our page every week and as we are usually packed on a Sunday, I have to disagree about live music. Many places have it and they are usually the busier places. I still extend the same offer to invite you back for a meal completely free of charge for you and your partner. Had we understood the issue - we would have asked the musician to turn down. My staff just understood that you didn't like the music and that's subjective. Please do come back anytime Monday- Saturday so we can make this up to you.
