This is a very maximalist type of fancy tea room! There’s a lot to look at, so it’s not the place for you if you prefer a simpler and modern aesthetic. I say that it’s a nice place to even come alone since you can entertain yourself by looking around at their decoration or furniture. I think they have a lot to offer by way of great teas with TWG brand tea and good food. I only tried their vegetarian options but they were amazing. Tasted fresh and not overwhelmingly flavorful! Just enough so that it still goes well with your teapot of choice. The scones are totally to die for! They were hot, fluffy, and not super dense.
