2.2Worst service and disgusting food!I never feel the need to write bad reviews and I've had some pretty bad experiences over the years. usually I just decide to not go back. With Zeus I'm still in shock about this place and believe they need to realise how ridiculous they have been and I feel the need to warn others. If you like to eat stale, rock hard bread, have orders forced on you that you don't want and money effectively stolen and if you like an extra serving of public abuse the next day then please go ahead and order from zeus! your luck might be in. 3 portions of humous were ordered and one portion of feta, this was to be eaten with the breads etc. Neither of the humous nor the cheese arrived, maybe the driver got a bit peckish. The rock hard bread arrived though, which obviously didn't fill me with excitement as I contemplated dipping it in to creamy fresh air. Later, I would come to realise that we were expected to have eaten anyway and been satisfied with these dry snappy frisbees. Maybe the Fanta was there for moisture! They charged us for the brown looking wet desert and a sloppy cold spinach slice and the other items and it was expected that we ate the banana desert and concrete bread for dinner. Obviously we didn't eat it, we kept in the fridge to give back when they did repy which they still hadn't the next day, I also ordered an orange juice at the time they had ran out, I told them to send one of the other juices. Instead, I randomly received 2 unwanted cans of Fanta which I was also expected to keep and punish my body with to enjoy with my bag! yes Bag of strangely chopped up plastic frisbee breads. After ignoring my emails and refusing to refund and take back this non order, someone showed up the next day to give me half of the money back, this is when I asked her to call the restaurant the lady wouldn't take it off loud speaker and the woman who answered instantly began screaming at me like an escaped mental patient in a very abusive way, right outside my apartment, the driver woman found this hilarious of course. When I explained that I have food in the bag and drink and I want a refund for what we didn't order and what we couldn't eat since it wasn't complete, she screamed that I have cost her so much money and that they won't refund since my number didn't work. I actually was waiting for the driver outside and asked if he's zeus and he said no. I then waited a further 20 minutes and he watched me waiting for a take away person and anxiously looking around and emailing, clearly he was waiting for a customer but played on his phone... it took him a few times of me asking before he realised its probably me: the only person outside at almost midnight. then he apologised. The lady seemed to forget that part when she was verbally abusing me and screaming like drowning vulture! The issue wasn't that ai waited 1.5 hours for food, I overlooked this at this point since being one of the only places open in wet holiday I presumed they were busy. She seemed to be missing the whole point. Advice avoid avoid they must have paid people to review ! one of the worst in saigon. Beware! ...Xem thêm
