1.2The worst customer serviceRenting a yamaha sirius to get a honda wave with very low capacity (weak for hills in bao loc) after having walked 30 min to the wrong address povided on google and having to fill the gas ourselves and no complain from our side. All these to be charged extra (half day + her transport to pick up the bike) the next morning for calling 2 hrs late to return the bike. After pleading with her on phone and in person (20min) for a little understanding she ends up calling for backup (brother or so) who was actually understanding and asked her to let it go but she insisted on charging us. Seeing that negativity on the last day of the year just made me feel bad for her and her business so I decided to pay her off yet she refused to take the money. I was a little confused but I put the money on the bike, took my ID, wished her luck in her business and left. Had a good experience in Bao Loc but a bad customer service. ...Xem thêm
