7.2Great corner cafeHem Coffee is a bit ways down Hung Vuong, but it's a pretty popular cafe for locals. Located on a not-very-busy corner of Dong Ha, Hem is usually packed during peak hours, like weekend mornings. The cafe is completely open with most seats "outside" of the building. There are a few seats inside where the bar area is, but a lot of the wooden tables and chairs are under a corrugated tin roof. The cafe is minimal on decor, but that's important! The cafe seems like the spot to meet for a lot of local men, filling the chairs in small groups, cigarettes in hand. The Vietnamese iced coffee (filter) comes at 12K and the tall glass of Vietnamese iced coffee runs for 15K. Not bad on either occasion! From what I can tell, the cafe is open throughout the afternoon. So, if you want to avoid some of the bigger crowds, come during lunchtime and have the nice, open-air cafe to yourself. ...Xem thêm
