8.4Satisfying!Pho Hang serves a great bowl of pho. The broth tastes clean and refreshing -- you can tell they take a lot of care in preparing it. The broth doesn't feel greasy and heavy, but light and sweet with the right amount of "beefiness". The tai beef they serve is cooked just right and stays nice and tender while you eat, not being chewy at all. The ladies in the back make the noodles just right, too! Overall, it's a great bowl and a small one only costs you 20K. The menu, while exclusively pho, has all the assortment of meats you'd want and gives you the option of a small or large bowl, depending on your appetite for the day.
