I found this restaurant in Mahatup, a Khmer pagoda in Soc Trang, when I was going around the city for a great restaurant. The restaurant was not really big but the food was such great and a bit pricey, especially the wine. The waiter also offered a milk ice cream for dessert. The drink is ok.
