New favorite in Hanoi

I have been here twice and am 100% sure this is my favorite restaurant in the city. Service is excellent, the decor is very cool, and the food is AMAZING. I strongly recommend the biscuits and gravy - tastes just like eating back in America, and its only 130k. Very reasonable prices on beer, too. Steak and ribs are also good, but a little pricey for small portions. The breakfast foods are the way to go! Great location right by Hoan Kiem, but a little hard to find. Dont give up! Really good food

Went here with my girlfriend, and we both put it on our list of places to return. We had a curry, some garlic naan, and a bowl of rice - all were excellent. They come in bowls that look small, but once you start eating, you realize the portions are actually very large. Also, we noticed there were many Indian families there, so this told us that the food was authentic. Strongly recommend trying Spices.Xem thêm

Pretty good, very cheap

Mediocre + Slow

We went here because a local had told us it was a pretty famously good restaurant near beer corner. Now, whenever we pass by it, we joke about how overrated it is. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, and the quality was no better than any generic street food straight out of a large bucket. Very mediocre place with poor, slow service.Xem thêm

My favorite restaurant in Hanoi

This is my favorite restaurant in Hanoi. In three months here, i have been to street sushi 5 times. The location is great, even though its a parking lot during the day. I think thats part of how they keep the food cheap. And oh man is it cheap. There are whole platters of 8 rolls starting as low as 28.000 VND. Most are in the range of 40-60 thousand per platter. Thats really the best price ive ever seen for sushi. While its not the absolute best sushi ive ever had, its great value for the price and there is an insanely large menu with tons of diverse options. Everyone loves street sushi.Xem thêm

Very good, reasonable prices

I went here with coworkers and had a nice meal. They have some of the best spring rolls I have had in Ha Noi so far. The truth is, much of their food is similar to what you would find at a street food stall. However, there are several advantages. One, they have comfortable, full size sears. Two, they have a wider variety of menu options, which is good for a large group that may not want to choose only between a few dishes. Three, it is a much cleaner environment. You pay a little bit more than you would for street food, but it is still very reasonably priced. I would go back.Xem thêm

Excellent, fairly expensive

I went here with a group of 4 friends. We ordered a set with 12 dishes and a bottle of red wine. First, the bread comes out with a delicious oil mixture. I probably ate a whole loaf myself - it is baked fresh right there (occasionally you have to wait for them to bake more). They will keep bringing you more bread as long as you ask! Then, our dishes started coming out. Out of the 12 dishes, I would say that 3 were amazing, 6 were pretty good, and 3 were forgettable. But that's why you go to tapas - to try many different things! With the set split 4 ways, the whole meal cost about 450.000/person.Xem thêm
